1. Your files never leave your device
Every CruzForge tool processes files directly in your browser. The documents, images, audio or text you select are not sent to or stored on our servers. When you close or reload the tab, they disappear from memory.
To work, some tools download conversion engines or artificial intelligence models from content delivery networks (for example cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg or Hugging Face). Those downloads contain only the software required; your files are never part of them. Models may be kept in your browser's cache so they do not have to be downloaded again.
2. Data collected when you visit the site
Like any website, the hosting server (Hostinger) may log technical access data such as the IP address, the browser or the page visited, for security and statistical purposes. We store in your browser (local storage) the interface language and colour theme you choose.
3. Advertising: Google AdSense
This site is funded by Google AdSense ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. More information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
If you visit the site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message so you can decide on the use of advertising cookies.
4. Your rights
You can request information about, access to or deletion of any personal data we might hold by writing to contacto@cruzforg.com. Because we store neither your files nor user accounts, we normally hold no personal data about you.
5. Children
CruzForge does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
