Drag to move, use the rotate buttons and the bin. “Undo” reverts any change.

Add the file and click the rotate button (left or right) under that page's thumbnail. Then click “Save organized PDF”.
Can I rotate all pages at once?
Yes, with the “Rotate all ←” and “Rotate all →” buttons.
Can deleted pages be recovered?
As long as you haven't closed the page, yes: click “Undo” or “Reset”.
Is it good for PDFs scanned sideways?
That is its most common use: rotate the sheets scanned in the wrong orientation and save the corrected document.
